Meet Patricia Berger

Patricia’s lifelong journey into healing began in 1979 in Seattle, when she fell deeply in love with yoga. By the mid-1980s she was teaching, and soon discovered yoga’s sister science—Ayurveda. What started as gentle daily experiments with Ayurvedic routines quickly transformed her energy, resilience, and joy. She knew she had found something timeless and profoundly practical for modern life.

In 1991 she moved to Idaho, built a thriving bodywork and yoga practice, and dove into formal Ayurvedic training. Vedic astrology (Jyotish – the Science of Light) soon followed, adding yet another luminous layer to her work—helping people align with their soul’s purpose and navigate life with grace and clarity.

For over four decades, Patricia has woven yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic wisdom into a seamless tapestry of teachings that meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re seeking more energy, deeper peace, hormonal balance, seasonal vitality, or simply a life that feels radiant and on-purpose.
