The Retreat Day Spa
Description
Allyson Asay
For 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the art of esthetics and massage—nurturing skin, easing tension, and lifting spirits. Trained and licensed at Tennessee School of Beauty and Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage, I’ve honed my craft in Knoxville’s finest spas while never stopping my learning journey.
What I’ve discovered? People crave joy, love, and the feeling of being truly seen. In a facial or massage, you’re invited to let go—not just physically, but deep in your soul. Helping someone feel radiant inside and out? That’s the magic. That’s why I’m here.
A Personal Note Texan-born, Alaska-raised—my dad was an Air Force officer, so childhood was one grand adventure. The eldest of 7, my siblings remain my closest friends.
Growing up in Alaska taught me resilience and real connection—valuing people for who they are, not what they offer. My parents instilled: “Look out for each other—expect nothing in return.”
Alaskans (and Texans!) carry a certain grit. I’m no exception—though I like to think mine comes with a warm smile. 😊
Tennessee is now home. I’ve built lasting friendships, forged soul-deep bonds, and found a community that feels like family.
To my clients: Thank you for trusting me—and our incredible team at The Retreat—with your care. Your belief in us means the world.
We’re here for you… just as you’ve always been here for us.
