Beginning Your Treatment Your practitioner will guide you to a private room with:

• A plush, padded table with fresh, crisp linens
• Space for your belongings and a chair
• Full privacy to undress to your comfort level (most fully disrobe; partial is always fine)

Pro tip: Silence your phone, remove jewelry, and settle under the sheet. We’ll knock and confirm you’re ready before entering. You’ll always be modestly draped—only the area being worked is uncovered.

During Your Session This is your time.

• Soothing music plays (adjust volume or turn off anytime)
• Speak or stay silent—quiet often deepens relaxation

We use only premium, skin-friendly lotions, creams, and oils—alert us to sensitivities.

After Your Massage

• Privacy to dress at your pace
• Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins
• Try an Epsom salt bath to ease soreness and draw out tension

Deep tissue or pain-relief sessions may leave mild soreness for 1–2 days—normal and temporary. Expect tightness to ease and pain to lessen by day two.
