Our Story

Transformative Healthcare was founded in 2019 by Cassie Krause, APRN, IFMCP—a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a calling far bigger than writing prescriptions.

Cassie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2012 and began her career delivering compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. In 2016, after watching too many people suffer without real answers, she dove head-first into functional and integrative medicine. Today, she is one of the few Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioners (IFMCP) in the region—trained at the highest level to solve complex, chronic cases.

When she’s not in the clinic unraveling health mysteries, Cassie is laughing with her husband and raising their three children.
